RTI Behavior/PBIS Teacher

The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified K-8 certified teacher for the position of RTI Behavior/PBIS Teacher. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the successful history of teaching at the elementary level and be experienced with implementing Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports.  The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the foundational PBIS/Restorative Practices are implemented with equity and consistency school wide.  The candidate will also be working closely with administration, teachers and other staff in developing positive, proactive and student center approaches to resolving problem behaviors through ongoing PBIS and Social Emotional Learning practices, training/progressional development for staff, and refining the behavioral RTI process with administration and staff.   The ability to establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a supportive learning environment, the ability to organize, track and analyze data to inform instruction is also essential to this position.

Elementary School Certification 020 preferred by not required.
Prior teaching experience preferred.
