Contracted Service Provider
(30-35 hours per week)
The Lisbon School Department is seeking a Multilingual Learner Service Provider to support our English language learners at our elementary, middle and high schools. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively use the WIDA Can-Do Descriptors to support content learning at the students’ appropriate grade level. The preferred candidate will have experience or schooling in Language Acquisition and although not required, experience using the Language Tree program. The preferred candidate will be able to create a flexible schedule that is necessary to support students across the district. This contracted position requires 30-35 hours per week.
*** Must have current Maine DOE certification 660 – English Second Language (K-12) ***
